MTA Malaysia2007, concluded on a high note, reprising
its role as the country’s most dedicated metalworking event

| Having attracted 1,318 companies from 29 countries/regions worldwide,
MTA Malaysia2007 received an impressive 23, 846 trade visitors from
countries/regions including Australia, Brunei, China, France, Germany,
India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE,
UK, USA and Vietnam. |

| Group pavilions from China, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, UK and Germany
chose MTA Malaysia2007 as their fairground to unleash some of the
latest equipment and technology. The 5 day exhibition saw deals signed
and machines sold, generating millions of dollars worth of sales,
estimated at RM 720 million. |

a National Seminar on Business Opportunities in the Machinery and
Equipment Industry in conjunction with MTA Malaysia2007. Running over
a 2 day period from May 17-18, the seminar drew in
some 200 delegates who gained new perspectives from experts as the
industry integrates into Global Networking. |
