What are the opening hours of the exhibition?
The exhibition’s opening hours are: 4 – 7 April 2017 (Tue – Fri): 10am – 6pm
Visitor registration will stop 15 minutes before the closing time during all 4 days of the exhibition.
Is there a dress code to observe?
We seek your understanding that this is a trade (business-to-business) event and that visitors should be in proper business attire. Visitors in shorts, bermudas, flip-flops/slippers will not be allowed entry into the exhibition.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission, without prejudice, to visitors who are deemed to be inappropriately dressed.

I want to visit MTA2017 exhibition. How do I register for it?
Before the Show – You can pre-register your visit from November 2016 by completing the Visitor Pre-Registration form.
During the Show – If you have not pre-registered online and would like to visit the exhibition, please bring along your business card and obtain a visitor ticket for registration at the Visitor Registration area during show days (4 – 7 April 2017) at Singapore Expo. Do note that you must be from the relevant trade. Click here for relevant visitor profile.
Is there any entrance fee payable to visit the exhibition?
This exhibition is open to trade visitors only and there is no charge to visit the exhibition.
If you are interested to attend the conference, there is a conference fee applicable depending on the sessions that you would like to attend. Please email Ms Chloe Cai at email@example.com for more information on the conference held alongside MTA2017.
I have registered online for the exhibition and did not get a reply after 5 working days. How can I check on the status of my online pre-registration?

I am a pre-registered visitor. Due to some reasons, I am unable to visit the exhibition. Can I get my colleague/friend/relative to attend on my behalf?
No. Your pre-registration is approved based on your personal information and is strictly non-transferrable. You will be required to produce the necessary documents/ID for verification purposes during the collection of your visitor badge.
Travel & Accommodation
I need assistance in my travel and accommodation arrangements. Who can I approach?
The Organiser has appointed a list of official travel agents located in various countries to assist you in your travel and accommodation arrangements. The list of MTA2017 official travel agents can be found here.
The country I’m from does not have an official travel agent appointed by the Organiser. Who can I approach for assistance for my travel arrangements?

Can I board the complimentary hotel-to-venue shuttle buses if I am not staying at the official hotel?
Priority to board the hotel-to-venue shuttle buses will be given to guests staying at the official hotels. If you are not an in-house guest, you can take the local train (MRT) to the Expo station, or a metered taxi to Singapore Expo.

I need to apply for a Travel Visa to enter Singapore for MTA0217. I have been told by the Singapore Mission nearest to me that I need a Letter of Introduction from the Organiser. Who can I contact to obtain this Letter of Introduction?

Requests for a Letter of Introduction along with the required information and documents must reach the Organiser by 10 March 2017.
